Purchasing Tyres
1)
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we will need to be able to complete the order.

2) We accept all major credit cards as payment. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

Credit Card Security
If you chose to pay online by credit or debit card, then you will be passed through to www.RBSWorldPay.com our secure card payment processor. When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption, they are not held in clear text on any web site. Your Debit or Credit Card payment will show as 'Tyre One Ltd'. You may also choose to pay via www.PayPal.com - simply choose the PayPal option at the checkout.

Confirmation Of Order

1) When confirmation of order is received by you, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

2) All goods remain the property of www.TyreDrive.co.uk until delivery. Products will only be delivered once full payment has been received. Full payment must be made by a customer within 7 working days of ordering a product.

3) TyreDrive is entitled to cancel any order if it so wishes. In such circumstances the total payment received from the customer will be refunded.

4) If your item is not in stock, we will offer a substitute order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait or do not want the substitute goods.

Delivery
1) Delivery is confirmed on receipt of order. We hold a wide range of stock and endeavor to get your items to you as fast as possible. Delivery is typically between 1 to 4 working days after the purchase date of your goods. If delivery is likely to be any longer than 4 days, TyreDrive will contact you to give you the expected delivery date. Please note that Saturdays, Sundays and UK bank holidays are not considered workings days.

2) It is the customer’s full responsibility to provide accurate and adequate instructions for delivery. In the event of non delivery due to an inadequate or inaccurate delivery address, TyreDrive is entitled to seek compensation for loses or costs incurred, from the customer.

4) For orders of more than five tyres or all non UK mainland addresses (including Northern Ireland, Channel Islands etc) we charge different rates (see FAQ page).

Return Policy
1) Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.berr.gov.uk/whatwedo/consumers/buying-selling/distance-selling/index.html All customers have the option to return all goods within 7 working days of receiving them provided the products have not been damaged or used at any time. A full refund for the goods will be made to the customer from TyreDrive in these circumstances. Please note that the customer will incur all costs associated with the return of the goods (i.e. delivery costs) and TyreDrive cannot be held liable for this.

2) It is the customer’s responsibility that the items purchased are suitable for their intended use. Tyre-drive cannot be held liable for any information given on our products by a third party or externally to the company.

3) In the unlikely event of a defect in a product supplied it is the customer’s liability to inform TyreDrive immediately. All defects will be reported to the relevant product manufacturer and replacement or refund will be based on their decision only. Please note that TyreDrive is not liable for any defects or damage of products from the result of abnormal use, abnormal wear and tear, willful damage or negligence. In the event that a new replacement tyre(s) is required to be sent to a customer, due to a defect etc, TyreDrive will be liable for all delivery costs.


Privacy Policy
1) TyreDrive do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfillment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

2) Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option. They are also used after you have logged on as part of that process. You can turn off cookies within your browser by going to 'Tools | Internet Options | Privacy' and selecting to block cookies. If you turn off cookies, you will be unable to place orders or benefit from the other features that use cookies. Data collected by this site is used to:

    (i) Take and fulfill customer orders.
    (ii) Administer and enhance the site and service.
    (iii) Only disclose information to third-parties for goods delivery purposes.
